Use Alter Reality on Verdant Succession and say "black." Sacrifice Relentless Rats for Blasting Station's effect. Verdant Succession will then allow you to search for another Relentless Rats and put it into play. The Rats coming into play allows you to untap Blasting Station. From there you can repeat the process.

Just watch out for Meddling Mage. One Mage could seriously dampen your strategy.
