Maybe not a combo. but pretty good synergy. With Wild Defiance, it's 11 counters, I believe.

Or just do this......  And reduce your combo to 2 cards

Yeah, but you don't have to sacrifice Tangle Angler. And, with all of the Flashback going on, it'd be easy to do this again the next turn. ;)
