This combo is quite simple. Use Dark Ritual to generate the mana to cast Doomsday. Use Doomsday's effect to get a Laboratory Maniac. Laboratory Maniac's ability states "If you would draw a card while your library has no cards in it, you win the game instead." With Laboratory Maniac on the field and such few cards in the library, you are sure you win. Since Doomsday allows you to get 5 cards, you have 4 more cards (other than Maniac) that you can use to help speed up the victory or stall your opponent. It is really a combo that can be toyed around with and customized.

Then use Surgical Extraction, if 4 of those 5 cards are the same. 1 turn to live and win!

I hadn't thought of that, but the glory of the combo is its versatility.

You could also choose Maniac, 3 lands, and a Mana Severance. Play Severance, remove the lands, and that's all she wrote.

Street Wraith or Gitaxian Probe are good as well

My version wouldn't run Laboratory Maniac as he'd be too brittle, with a Grapeshot in hand, here's how I'd stack it:

Wheel of Sun and Moon
Manamorphose
Manamorphose
Manamorphose
Manamorphose

It takes tow turns, but you draw and cast the Wheel enchanting yourself, then next turn draw and cast Manamorphose, you'll draw the next and put the first on the bottom, cast number 2 draw the next and put number 2 on the bottom, etc.  You can cast infinite Manamorphose with each one paying for the next.  When you're ready you can cast the Grapeshot for 52 damage (that's 2^2^2^2^2=2^2^2^4=2^2^16=2^65536=my calculator broke)
