ohh wooops....i thought for a sec the effect was for when opponent shuffled their library....
landfall still works and inquisitor still takes 5 cards out of the deck =P

Would work better with Xenograft instead of the Conspiracy, makes it mono blue and you only use creatures that are already on the battlefield.
