Just play Ghost Quarter, tap it, sac it, and destroy a land.
A player SEARCHES for a land and puts it in to play,
Now play for FREE Archive trap and laugh!!

I think that Path to Exile works better, and in Standard.

The problem here is the "MAY" word. This card is like Path to Exile. After u make this one time, the opponent will not search is library again.
There are some cards that work better with this trap cos they will make the opponente search his library, without giving them the "may" option.

Most people will search their library, unless they know your deck. If they don't, then you have exiled any creature for 1 white. (^_^)  win/win situation.

Ghost Quarter also says may!
