I don't know if this work's, but if you can manipulate the stacking of who takes the extra turn first, make them go, and they lose at the end of their turn. if you have to, use angels grace or something

You are what the spell effects, but you are not the target. To make it complicated, it isn't targeting a "player" it is more precisely forcing "you" to do something. Hence Radiate will not effect your opponents because they are other "players" not other "you"s.

Hive Miind will do what you're trying to do here, but with 1 problem. Your opponent's copy will resolve before your spell, which means you'll take the extra turn first.
