basically it is elesh norn with any one of the enchantments

natures revolt or living plane or living lands

Howabout Living Plane and Simoon?  That seems easier to pull off.

Though Simoon may be a better option because it's cheaper, it won't prevent future land drops.  Elesh Norn and Crovax, Ascendant Hero give an effect that prevents the lands from being available for a player to tap for mana if a player affected by them drops a land
