Su-Chi + Nim Deathmantle + Phyrexian Alter = infinite loop, infinite mana
Now for how many cards in each opponents library, sac Su-Chi that many times...

You can also shorten your time by adding in some Psychogenic Probe's.
Bitter Ordeal forces a shuffle for each individual exiled card.

are you sure bitter ordeal copies for the same permanent going into the graveyard over and over. The text could be interpreted as only counting once for each distinct permanent. I agree that this probably works though.

Whenever a card changes zones it becomes a new object with no memory of its previous existance. The game, in tracking gravestorm, just looks to see when a permanent object is moved from the Battlefield to the Graveyard and how many times that event happened this turn. The gravestorm will keep ticking up on this in the same way it would if you had Tamiyo's Emblem out and kept using a Lotus Petal, or your Storm count would tick up if you had Tamiyo's Emblem and kept casting the Lotus Petal.
