At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.)

*Swamp is Spiteful Shadows - 1B - Enchant Creature - Whenever enchanted creature is dealt damage, it deals that much damage to its controller.

13 damage to a creature and to its controller! To essentially do it all for 3 mana using its Suspend cost is pretty spiffy to me.
