I don't know if this is already on here, but it's awesome anyway.  Here's what you do:

Play Oblivion Ring targeting an opponent's permanent.

In response to your own o-ring's first ability, vial in flickerwisp, bouncing the o-ring (so the stack is now flickerwisp's bounce on top of o-ring)

The O-ring will leave play, causing it's "leave the battlefield" ability to trigger, but since nothing has been exiled with it yet, nothing will be returned to the battlefield.

Then the O-ring's first ability will resolve, exiling the original target permanently.

Then at the end of the turn, Oblivion Ring will return to the battlefield, so you can snag something else.

Cool, eh?

Good combo. You can get similar results with Kor Skyfisher or Emancipation Angel and Vedalken Orrery. I like yours though in that the O-Ring comes back right away, so you can take out two creatures.

dont think this works with o-ring though, as when the o-ring leaves play the permanent comes back

however... if you used something to turn the o-ring to a creature and put followed footsteps, then the fun begins *,..,*
