Enchant Duergar Mine-Captain with Elemental Mastery and have Phyrexian Altar in play.
Tap the miner to get 3 hasty tokens
Sac two of them for his untap ability, which will do nothing because you're not attacking (I checked the rules, it doesn't affect later attacks).
Rinse and Repeat, netting one token every time. ATTACK WITH 5,000 TOKENS G2?
This is super easy to get. A deck with this would be awesome, because even without the altar you could make tokens, then attack and use two mana to boost the tokens.

Also works with Hateflayer, while dealing infinite damage in the form of -1/-1 counters.

Shoot, made a booboo. Thought you'd get three tokens, but you only get two (I thought the elemental mastery was CMC not power). Boost his power by one with something like Glorious Anthem.

You can use the same cards to a little different effect. With it all out on the B/F, attack with the guy. If you didn't get blocked you're golden, use his ability to untap him and give him +1/+0, tap him to make 3 guys, sac 2 to untap him and give him +1/+0, tap him to make 4, sac 2 to untap him and give him +1/+0. You'll net infinite power and infinite mana so if he is blocked you can just use Tower Above to run over the threats.
