Have Doubling Season out when Mycoloth comes out. Sac any amount of creatures, then get 4 (2x2) +1/+1 counters per creature. At the beginning of you upkeep, you get that many sprolling tokens... TIMES TWO!

Even if you devour only one creature, get 4 +1/+1 counters, then get 8 saprolings every turn.  Doubling Season and Mycoloth were made for eachother.
