Wait, are you saying that Phyrexian Ingester will continue to get +x/+y for each creature? Because it only gets the boost from the most recent creature it imprinted. Even though there will be exiled creatures, the Ingester will only refer to the most recently exiled ones. It's because each time it leaves and re-enters play it's treated like a new card.
Oh, and you could also use Duplicant if you so choose.
