Unnatural selection is one of the cheapest, colorless, repeatable ways to target creatures. Run with shroud creatures and it makes a decent control deck for multiplayer.

If you want to add a color, there's always Nomad's en-Kor, which makes targeting completely free.

For my deck, I wanted to make it blue-black, but I really like the kor idea. The kor is a creature though, and it can be bounced with cowardice as well. Just a thought.

though it's not repeatable, if you wanted to keep it Blue/Black you could run
