Use Jace to look at the top card of their and leave it on top library then tap Sceptor to play predict and mill that card. Since you know what the card is you\'re garunteed to draw 2 .

I would just switch out the Jace with something simpler and less of a target, like Lantern of Insight.

But I really like using Predict with the Isochron Scepter, though there are plenty of better ways to guess the top card of library. In a red deck you could actually just use orcish spies.
