Played in a spell heavy deck.
Play Eye of the Storm, then Sins of the Past, it get's removed with Storm. Cast Glimpse from your graveyard targeting yourself. Because Sins of the Past says "you may cast", any spell you choose also triggers Eye of the Storm. So you'll dump your library into your graveyard, fishing out any spell to play, and each spell gets copied. Eventually you could just starting milling your opponents out.
I've always wondered what to do with Sins of the Past, I was surprised that all of this was in Ravnica, why didn't I play this......oh yeah, Eye of the Storm's too expensive.

Not bad... Not bad at all! The cards may be expensive, but there's one format that plays them all the time, EDH. Make a UB EDH deck that works around these cards and you're golden :)

While expensive, I feel that this combo runs high on the "unexpected-single-turn-multiplayer-win" meter.
I'm kinda curious what turmoil you could make running this with infinite mana, Hex Parasite and Decree of Silence. I'm sure such addition would be overkill, but amazing to think about.
