The mountain is Tibalt.

Tibalt is a strange planeswalker, at only 2 mana he is by far the cheapest planeswalker, but his +1 ability is very risky and very necessary in order to use Tibalt good abilities. So save yourself the discard and keep Pitchstone Wall on the battlefield. This is an alternative to building a deck based on madness.

Tibalt seems underpowered. His last 2 abilities should cost 1 less loyalty counter or his first ability should add 2.

Just looking back this would do very well with chandra ablaze.
