Island is Deadeye Navigator

With all three in play, and Shapesharer bonded with the Navigator, pay 2U to have Shapesharer copy the Manta, then 1U to blink it. You'll get an extra turn. Essentially, it givens you 3UU: take an extra turn.

NOTE: You'll either have to skip the turn after Manta comes into play, stifle its ETB effect in some way, or have enough mana to activate this the turn Manta is played.
