1. Enchant Fatestitcher with Freed From The Real
2. Tap Izzel Boilerworks for UR
3. Use Fatestitcher to untap Izzet Boilerworks
4. Repeat Step 2 for UURR
5. With U, untap Fatestitcher with Freed From The Real. URR
6. Repeat 3-5, accumilating R each time
7. Kill it with fire(ball)

many similar combos have been posted.  mostly using the simic growth chamber. 

but i would suggest using something that can be played as an instant so it can't be interrupted as easy like ghitu fire or blue sun's zenith.
