Venser is Venser Soujourner,Plains is Cathar's Crusade.

Use Venser\'s third ability to blink a creature in and out of play triggering Crusade.

It works with the Venser you have here though! Just return him to your hand each time! All you need is a couple other creatures!

Sojourner works better though cause it's ability is free while with Savant you have to pay his mana cost.

I actually prefer the Shaper Savant. Planeswalkers are huge targets, and the Savant returns to your hand where it is safe. Or, there's always the Deadeye Navigator if you want to blink things multiple times a turn. Or, if you want it to be infinite, run three champion-ing changelings, for an infinite loop of ETB and LTB effects.

Could the Venser Planeswalker and Shaper Savant exist on the battlefield at the same time? They would work well together.

Yes, the legendary rule only applies to cards with the exact same name.

The planeswalker uniqueness rule applies only to cards which share a planeswalker type.
