keep bouncing the O-Rings with the other rings, not helpful really, but damn fun!

Actually, When each O-Ring enters, if you control both triggers, you get to choose the order they go on the stack.  We'll do it like follows:

O-Ring 1 enters
Exchange control of O-Ring 1 and a permanent they control
Exile a useless permanent you control with O-Ring 1
O-Ring 2 enters
Exchange control of O-Ring 2 and a permanent they control
Exile O-Ring 1 with O-Ring 2
Object from O-Ring 1 returns
Exchange control of the permanent that entered with a permanent they control
O-Ring 3 enters
Exchange control of O-Ring 3 and a permanent they control
Exile O-Ring 2 with O-Ring 3
O-Ring 1 returns
Exchange control of O-Ring 1 and a permanent they control
...
profit

This will let you steal ALL PERMANENTS CONTROLLED BY  ALL PLAYERS because the O-Rings keep returning under your control and when they do you steal another permanent.  You just have to be sure to stack it so you exchange control of the O-Rings first.  The trigger from the O-Ring has its target selected when it's placed on the stack and is independant of its source so if control of the O-Ring changes, it doesn't change you controlling the trigger from it ;)

^^My same thoughts, except I didn't want to explain the entire thing. ^_^
