Ugh, 5 cards involved? Too many IMO. The chances you get all 5 of those in your hand in a game aren't good.

Well Turbine, Ancestral Visions doesn't work actually because it's a sorcery and the scepter needs instants. In fact, all 5 of the "suspend-only" rares in Time Spiral are sorceries.

As for getting 5 cards out, it's not ridiculously unlikely. It's just another iteration of the scepter+palladium myr+unwinding clock, which I've seen my fill of personally.

Well in a 2 player game you can cut the Scepter,Clock and Myr and use Panoptic Mirror.
