With both cards on the Battlefield you enter your draw step.  Replace the draw for your turn with putting a counter on Pursuit of Knowledge.  When the trigger for Sylvan Library resolves elect to draw the two and replace each draw with putting a counter on the Pursuit.  Because the cards were never drawn for Sylvan Library you don't have to put anything on top of your library or pay life.  Go to your Main Phase.  Cast another Pursuit of Knowledge.  Sacrifice the first Pursuit to draw 7, but before it resolves cast Noxious Revival to return the Pursuit to the top of your library.  Replace the first 3 draws with putting counters on the second Pursuit the draw the other 4.  Cast the second Pursuit if you have the mana for it and you're setup back where you started.  This runs well with an infinite mana generator so you can keep recasting the Pursuit and draw out your whole library if you have enough cards to keep putting the Pursuit back on top of your library ;).
