Use genesis wave to get more mana into play. Whatever is left is shuffled back into library if you had an eldrazi. You can throw in rites of flourishing for the extra draw and land drop. In due time you will not be someone to mess with.

How often do you play a Genesis Wave large enough to mill yourself to death? (Assuming that's the purpose of the Eldrazi)

I think the point of the Eldrazi is to put back everything that went into your graveyard so eventually it will come into play or be replayable, in the case of previously cast Genesis Wave cards.
