NOTE: This is not my combo, but just an upgrade to an existing one.
Using the Swans and Seismic Assault combo, have an Emrakul in your deck. Combo out with the Swans (pitch a land to the Swans, draw 2, repeat). If you get in a situation where you don't have enough lands in your hand and library together to activate the Seismic Assault for Lethal, make sure you have 8+ cards and go to the discard in your cleanup step. Choose and discard Emrakul. When he hits the graveyard he'll shuffle all of the lands you had earlier pitched back into your library. You can then activate the Seismic on Swans again during the cleanup step over and over to do it some more. If any player received priority during the cleanup step then there will be another cleanup step afterwards, at the beginning of which you will need to discard to your maximum hand size again..
If you have an opponent with an arbitrarily high life, like 1000000 or so, you can repeat this process to deal infinite damage to players and creatures as long as you can prove you have two or more effects that shuffle your graveyard into your library. If you have only 1 shuffle effect in your library you could end in a situation where it\'s the last card in your library. If so the last 'Draw 2' would make you lose the game.
