With all cards out and Utopia Vow on Leech Bonder, tap the bonder for a blue, use the blue to untap the bonder and move a time counter from the chronozoa to the bonder.  Repeat till they're all moved then sac the Chronozoa.  You will end up with infinite Chronozoa, Twice as many colorless Mana, and three times as many time counters on Leech Bonder.

I guess while you're at it you could move the -1/-1 counters off the Leech Bonder to a creature or two the opponent controls or the Chromozoa if they don't have any you can do it to.
