next turn, play endless scream for all mana u got, except 2
use last 2 mana to equip the cloak, attack to bounce a lot of opponents permanents every turn (even 5-6 permanents is very effective)
use mana ramp or mana acceleration to make this work faster or more efficient

one note: if you target their lands first for returning... they will not be able to recast things

Returning lands also kills Dungrove Elder, which has Hexproof.
