Yes.  Whenever a permanent enters the battlefield, it's controller is set by the ability that made it enter.  Because there is no duration on the ability or delayed trigger to remove the trigger on the ability it will stay under your control.  When the turn ends, the Act of Treason will try and return the creature to the opponent's contol but because whenever a permanent changes zones it becomes a new object, the ability won't find it to make you give it back.
