Discovered this in my Karador EDH deck, and was quite pleasantly surprised. unfortunatly, I couldn't get Karador to work,despite being in the database, and the other two cards are not on the database yet. So:
Swamp: Karador, Ghost Chieftain

Forest: Feed the Pack

Plains: Geist-Honored Monk
