This is a combo to drop the already posted combo of Mycosynth Lattice and Null Rod on Turn 1.

There are 10 cards listed, but only 5 are needed to start this combo.

Drop a Forest and Discard an Elvish Spirit Guide to net 2 Green mana.
Cast Channel.
Pay 8 life to cast both Mycosynth Lattice and Null Rod.
The board is now locked so lands can't be tapped for mana because they're artifacts also and tapping for mana is an activated ability.
If you have Lodestone Golem and/or Batterskull in hand, channel them out too.  Lodestone'll make it harder for your opponent to cast any kind of removal if they have something they can cast for free and Batterskull will help you get your life back after all the channeling in case you're against a burn deck with some kind of 'free' burn spell.

Manamorphose is in there in case you get a hand with no green sources and 2 Simian Spirit Guides. With your deck full of mana sources that come from your hand like Elivish Spirit Guide and Simian Spirit Guide and 'Free' creatures like Memnite and Dryad Arbor you can lock the board so early that a single 1/1 creature could win it in 20 more turns!

If you have access to Moxes or a Lotus, those can take the place of some lands in your deck.  Once the lock is in place, the Moxes and Lotus will be no less useful than lands.

Well, aside from the free counters that spoil 99% of combos, your opponent have said free burns or memnites and DAs, I'd say this locks up rather tightly.

Null Rod doesn't effect mana abilities (check the updated rulings). Most cards that counter or disable activated abilities disclude things like tapping for mana.

From Gatherer:

10/4/2004 Does affect mana abilities of artifacts.
10/4/2004 Does not affect continuous abilities or triggered abilities.
4/1/2008 This covers only artifacts that are on the battlefield.

First ruling appears to spell it out well enough ;)

Besides the fact there are 10 cards there, this is litteraly imposible to do first turn.

difficult but not impossible.  As the 1st post says the lock is only 5 cards the other 5 are filler or other ways to make it happen

There are only 3 cards needed, the other 2 of the 5 are to help you ramp out but the deck and format contain other things to help with that like Lotus, Moxen, and Petal.  You just need a way to T1 Channel out the Lattice-Rod combo.  If all of the other creatures in your deck are free or you can produce mana from sources not on the battlefield (like Spirit-Guides) then you should win without much issue.

How is this cheap? It costs much mana and life!

I shoulda clarified.  I meant cheap in terms of cost to purchase the cards, not cost to play them.  Vintage is a format that is often cost prohibitive, even for legacy players, unless there are proxys allowed in the deck.  Even if proxys are allowed, though, the decks can still cost hundreds and even thousands of dollars.  This combo would be comparibly cheap to put together, though runs great with the lotus and moxen too ;).
