tap nicol bolas during their draw step with the quicksilver dagger in play, so they are restricted to only instants, but teferi stops them from playing instants as instants.... so they are unable to cast anything before it is discarded ... for the rest of the game
add Freed from the Real for more opponents

btw... the site is not entirely accurate... Nicol Bolas (elder dragon legend) is printed in legends and time spiral, time shifted, but was also printed in the sets called chronicles, MTGO Masters Edition III, and from the vault

there is a way to do it turn 1, but you cant keep the upkeep if you do it turn 1
