Island = Venser, the Sojourner
Mountain = Zedruu the Greathearted

Play Zedruu, Venser, and Illusions. Give Illusions away and use Venser to give the person (should they 20 or less life). If you have the mana than give Illusions away again and next turn repeat the shimmer.
