With Goblin Charbelcher out, play Endless Horizons. Remove all the Plains from your deck, leaving you with only one land card: a mountain. (You did remember to use only Plains, and no fancy lands, right?) Activate the Charbelcher to deal some damage, stack your deck with the Mountain on the bottom, and repeat for maximum damage next turn. If you have any of those look-at-me Miracle cards, now's your chance to make them work.

Its generally more efficient to just build the all out combo version...!
