Incinerate is Brimstone Volley from Innistrad
Goblin Guide is Vexing Devil from Avacyn Restored

With 4 mana open, cast Vexing Devil.  If your opponent chooses to take the 4 damage, sac the Devil, and cast Volley for 5 more Morbid damage (a total of 9 for 4 mana).  If your opponent chooses not to take the 4 damage, swing with the devil until he's forced to deal with him.  When he does die, cast the Brimstone Volley. 

It's not any fun until someone loses an eye!

Yep... 9 damage (possibly) for 4 CMC is not bad at all.

If he hits and swings for 4 once and then gets Exiled, you can still cast the Volley for 3.  Seven damage for 4 isn't bad either.
