play cephalid constable and whispersilk cloak
play hatred (pay 19 life) on the constable, then equip whispersilk cloak then playblack vice
attack with the constable...

You don't need to pay 19 life as that may get you a little low. You could just pay enough life to bounce All of their permanents so when you swing in again next turn you get to bounce their new land. It gives you Very good board advantage while working to keep it that way. If you only pay 5 life and have removed all of their creatures and lands from the battlefield they will have a hard time dealing with the 1/1 creature for the rest of the game :)

the reason i said 19 life, is because you can then bounce everything they had, including land to their hand

add Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir to make it so tehy cant use stuff like lightning bolt on you in time to kill you

use Vampiric Link to regain all your life back
