The way I see it, It would not work. Once you play it and copy it, you can only use one on yourself that turn.So you have an extra copy of it that would be countered because the card doesn't say, "Target Player."

Also, I don't think you can copy a copy.

unfortuatnly no spells can only be copied while they are on the stack so you will need to pay the mana for the number of turns you want before time wal resolves
