Swamp is Jace's Archivist from M12. For one blue mana you can tap him and each player discards his/her hand and draws cards equal to the greatest number discarded this way.

Underworld Dreams causes opponents to take 1 damage for each card they draw.

Liliana's Caress causes opponents to take 2 damage for each card they discard.

So if the stars align and each player somehow still has 7 cards in their hand at this point in the game, you can deal 21 damage to each opponent for 1 blue mana.

I'd prefer Megrims over Underworld Dreams, but it works.

instead of the archivist, use windfall so you dont have to wait a turn

Use two Liliana's Caress instead of Underworld Dreams, more cheaper and effective.

Ya, windfall's pretty cool but it's a sorcery. With Archivist you can
do this every turn! Which is important because at this point in the game
your opponent(s) will NOT have 7 cards still so it would take a couple
of turns to actually kill them with this.

Also, why decide which enchantment is better?

If you're making a deck, you could have Windfalls, Jace's Archivists, Megrims, and Liliana's Caresses!

personally, i'd go with 4x any of these that arent restricted... wheel of fortune, winds of change, fork, reverberate, megrim, lillianas caress, underworld dreams all in the same deck... dont forget the dark rituals hypnotic spectors and abyssal nocturnous, mindsludge and mind twist thats also where grimoire of the dead would be useful too, same as demonic tutors



i will never forget the look of disappointment/boredom on peoples faces when i hit them with dark ritual x3 and a mind twist on the first turn after they cut the deck..

well  hell if its gona be B/U why not add some Jace's Erasure have a bit of fun milling also good synergy with any draw concept deck mill em and hurt em and confuse the god outa them:)

this is good in all but you cant guarentee that your apponents will have all 7 cards.. you would need something to speed up the process.. and how can it be for one mana.. when underworld dreams cost 3 swamps
