have kiki-jiki equiped with the staff and inferno titan on the field. tap kiki putting a copy of the titan into play dealing damage to targets of your choice and then sac it to mill an opponent.

repeat for infinite.

Well, unless your opponent controls a Platinum Angel you need to get rid of, there's not much reason to need to have damage and mill. If this was in a deck, it makes more sense to clone and sac a creature that you would be able to play the turn before Kiki-Jiki. If you want to use a Titan, really the best one in my opinion is Sun Titan, that way you can bring back the Altar or Staff if your opponents destroy either one.

Sure, but you also have infinite mill, so you don't really need both.

Infinite damage helps if your opponent tries to flash in Laboratory Maniac or, as was mentioned earlier, has a Platinum Angel sitting around ;)

Infinite damage kills the Platinum Angel and Laboratory Maniac. Why would you need infinite mill?

i guess it's a more interesting alternative to infinite mana with either phyrexian or ashnod's altars.
