I looked up Living Plane to see how many combos with that card have been submitted, and noticed this is like your fifth one with just this card and one other (don't worry though, I think Turbine's submitted like 15 of them). I think we get that turning lands into creatures + something that gets rid of creatures can act like a one sided armageddon.

I only posted 2 that were actually as simple as just destroying their lands. One was with Glorious Anthem and Tremor and the other was just Day of Judgement. The rest of them were actually creative.

Also, Living Plane is probably at the top of my most used in combos list. Near Sneak Attack, Freed from the Real, and Enduring Renewal.

this comment has nothing to do with this post but just have to put this out there..people submit combos with 5, 8, 10 cards or more and people r like wow good combo..other people submit 2 or 3 card combos and people bash them...well u keep trying to get off your 10 card combos...meanwhile my 3 card combo has already won...lol

They are not bashing the combo or the person in the insulting sense...

They are questioning the combo's originality...

Which is to say there is very little in the way of originality...

Not to say his is specifically unoriginal...but you must admit that changing one component for another after you already submitted the combo is unoriginal to say the least...that would be like someone making multiple parodies of the same show under different names...

For example if I make  a parody called  Halo: Combat Devolved...and then make another parody that is similar but with a few minor changes and call it Halo: Peace Evolved...that shows very little unoriginality on my part to say the least...

Not that unoriginality is a bad thing it does lead to multiple other parodies made by...wait for it...DIFFERENT PEOPLE! This gives them a chance to post something and put it in their terms instead of being a selfish or OCD combo poster with the mentality going something like this...

ZOMG LOOK AT MAH COMBOS I'M SO AWESOME! LOOK AT MAH COMBOS! LOOK AT THEM NAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most 8 or 10 card combos I've seen have been either jokes, or people bash them just as heavily about it being unrealistic. And number of cards has nothing really to do with playability. A good combo to me is playable in the formats its legal in. This combo doesn't bother me as much about playability, its just a lot of the same thing I've seen before, especially from the same user.

ok...but looking thru every magic card to post a 10 card combo that may never happen in a real game is even more pointless..the combos i have submitted..i have used in decks at one point or another....and yes i have done the combos countless times in actual games...if a 10 card combo is pulled off in a real game then i say in the words of zach ryder "WOO WOO WOO..YOU KNOW IT"!

I gotta give Narc props on the Birthday Massacre combo. I put that in a deck with other land destruction combos and totally piss off people when I bust it out! I love that rascally Massacre Wurm.

Personally, if a combo has more cards than you can fit in your hand I pass on it. I dig the quick tricks!
