Swamp is Curse of Death's Hold

With both out, your opponent's lands will be 1/1 creatures.  with Curse of Death's Hold they will then die a horrible gruesome death.  Any lands dropped by your opponents after that will suffer the same fate before they can use them while yours can swing in for some winning goodness.  This is a spinoff of the combo using Curse of Death's Hold and Humility.
