Mountain is vow of lightning.  There is a vow for each color.

Vow of Lighning: Enchant creature

Enchanted creature gets +2/+2, has first strike, and can't attack you or a planeswalker you control.

Fumiko forces your opponents creatures to attack but with vows on them they can't attack you.

Made a multi-player deck based around forcing my opponents to kill each other.  I run fumikos and lots of vows.  I also run ways to discourage people from attacking me and I run 4 master warcrafts for extra fun.

This only works in multiplayer though.

Very true.  That's what I had in mind.

 For single player I would say, sun titan, pariah and fumiko.  Enchant one of your opponents creatures with pariah.  Fumiko forces them to attack and kill that creature.  They should be open for sun-titan to attack each turn and return pariah to play enchanting another of their creatures. 

I'm running all of this stuff in my deck so, though its better suited to multiplayer, it can handle single player.

Previously, I mentioned discouraging my opponents from attacking me.  I do this in a few ways. 

I mentioned pariah.  Its great on opponents creatures.

I run 4 loyal sentries and alaborn zealots.  Combined with ranger of eos and sun titan they are quite nasty.

Darksteel plate is another versatile card.  Putting it on a loyal sentry is nasty.  It also makes one of my critters into a great pariah target.

I am considering running ghostly prison...

Thank you for illuminating the vows to me. I somehow skipped over how useful they are when played on opponent's creatures.
