It doesn't quite go infinite.

Assuming you had a shaman in play, we'll use Shaman En-Kor as an example because it keeps it mono-colored, and all creatures have been on the battlefield since the beginning of your turn (they're not sick), you target the shaman with the Valkyrie's ability, pay 2 mana and tap the shaman to activate the ability.  It pings a target, you sacrifice the shaman to the sac outlet, it comes back from the trigger that was setup by the valkarie, and gets the staff equipped... but is sick and can't tap again.  Also, the Valkarie will be tapped already so you can't resac the shaman.  You are also required to pay for the ability if you did have something on the battlefield giving everything haste, preventing it from being infinite outside of already having infinite mana.

So the things I see holding this back are the Valkarie doesn't uptap to reuse the ability, the shaman returns from the graveyard sick, and you need to pay for each activation still.

Squillis. The staff goes on the valkerye.

Assuming en kor is in play target it with valkerye and then sac the kor to the sac outlet. Valkerye untaps due to staff. Kor comes back. Target kor with valkerye, repeat
