play scepter, imprinting blink.
have 5 or less life (using something like immolating souleater,etc.)
then at each upkeep, with the sacrifice and extra turn trigger on the stack, return second chance to your hand.
The extra turn will happen, then play second chance again. repeat infinitely.
Sorry my posts are kinda lame or just stupid fun, but im not the best at this kind of thing.

These cards do not do what you think they do. First, you have to sac Second Chance to get the extra turn. Secondly, Momentary Blink doesn't target enchantments, it targets creatures. Thirdly, Momentary Blink doesn't return it to your hand anyways, it just "blinks" it (makes it leave play, then immediately makes it return to play).

If you added Opalescence and Followed Footsteps in there, you have the workings of a solid combo.

oh woops, sorry about the blink fail, but the first part about it having to be sacked is wrong. it is not part of the activation cost.

From the Gatherer rulings on Second Chance
10/4/2004 It is not optional.
10/4/2004 The ability will only trigger if you have 5 or less life at the beginning of upkeep. This is checked again at the start of resolution and nothing happens if you do not still have 5 or less life.
10/4/2004 If multiple "extra turn" effects resolve in the same turn, take them in the reverse of the order that the effects resolved.
6/15/2010 On resolution of the trigger you have to sacrifice this card if you have 5 life or less. If you can't (because it is not on the battlefield, for example), then you still take an extra turn after this one.
