First, note that you start with the first 3 cards, and then draw other 3.

In another persist based combo, you can draw as much as you want and then discard lands to kill your opponent. This is a little unwieldy, but an interesting demonstration of using your hand as a weapon. By turn 6 or so, you can draw up your entire deck (well, almost; you\'re going to be drawing in increments of 3, so if you wind up with 1 or 2 cards in your library, you won\'t be able to draw them), and then discard lands to kill your opponent.

Of course once you draw your entire deck into your hand, you may prefer other finishers instead of Seismic Assault. Seismic Assault is interesting because it doesn\'t take lots of mana and lets you capitalize on drawing lots of cards. Diviner\'s Wand is also interesting, but the problem is that you\'d have to draw and play it before drawing your deck. Seismic Assault, on the other hand, only needs to be in your deck, not in your hand.

So here\'s how it plays:

1) Get Juniper Order Ranger, Aerie Ouphes, and Swans Bryn Argol into play.
2) You either need access to 1 red mana {R}, or you need to still be able to play a land.
3) You need access to 3 mana of any color.
4) Sacrifice Aerie Ouphes to deal 3 damage to Swans of Bryn Argol.
5) Aerie Ouphes is returned to play with a -1/-1 counter thanks to persist.
6) As it returns to play, it gains a +1/+1 counter from Juniper Order Range. Although it doesn\'t matter, Juniper also gets a +1/+1 counter.
7) As a state based effect, the +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters cancel each other out.
8) Swans of Bryn Argol prevents 3 damage, and you draw 3 cards.
9) Return to step 4 until you don\'t want to draw any more cards.
(9a: Optional: If your opponent has any flying creatures, keep sacrificing and recycling Aerie Ouphes until they\'re all dead, then continue.)
10) You have now drawn a Mountain, Manaforge Cinder, and Seismic Assault, along with the rest of your deck. So you probably have 40 or more cards in your hand.
11) Play the Mountain, tap it for 1 red mana, play Manaforge Cinder.
12) Take the 3 mana of any color from step 3 and convert it to red mana with Manaforge Cinder.
13) Play Seismic Assault with that 3 red mana.
14) Discard 8 land cards to do 16 damage with Seismic Assault.
15) Attack with Swans of Bryn Argol. Since you killed all opposing flying creatures in step 9a, there are no blockers, so you do the final 4 damage and kill your opponent.

Yes, it\'s a little convoluted, but just to see the look on your opponents face...

Convoluted it may be, but indeed it would be fun to see the look on their face.

On another note...
