Have a baloth in play.  Cast scapeshift and make alot of dudes.  If you have lotus cobra out you can cast every scapeshift in your hand.

Ofcourse this works great with other landfall dudes.  I run scapeshifts in a landfall zoo deck with various landfall dudes, vinelasher kudzu and knight of the reliqaury.  Can do a turn 3 kill!

Also, Scapeshift can grab non-basic lands like...
Fetch lands: to keep the landfalls coming
Sejiri steppe: gives a creature protection from a color of your choice.  this can help get your fatties through their defenses.
Teetering peaks: tacks on some extra damage
and plenty of other land tricks.

Also, for another deck scapeshift would be a great way to get all your urza lands! Urzatron is online!
