This combo isn't 100% my idea, I think I saw it on a site somewhere, but it's worth reposting.
Play Daru, then play any other cleric (or another Daru if you feel like it). Play Shuko, and equip between them about 1000 times (just announce it, ok?). Sack with starlit sanctum, or use a variety of other cards to do what you like, but it's generally an awesome combo.

Daru Spiritualist + Random Cleric + Shuko + ??? = Ownage
