For Infinite Mana you don't need Doubling Season out. Works like this:

Pay 1 Mana to turn a +1/+1 counter on the Pentavus into a Pentavite. Mana Echoes gives you 1 Mana

Spend the mana you just got to make another Pentavite. Now Mana Echoes gives you 2 mana.

Spend 1 of this mana to make a third Pentavite. Mana Echoes gives you 3 mana (4 total in pool).

Spend 1 mana to turn a Pentavite back into a +1/+1 counter on Pentavus, then a second mana to change it back again. Mana Echoes gives you 3 mana again, taking you to 5 total.

Each iteration gives you 1 more mana to play with.

With Doubling season out, the math gets absurd! Each time you make a Pentavite, you get another one and Mana Echoes triggers twice.
