Sweet combo! You could also use the two Aetherplasms and a Grapeshot O.o

O! MTG, so exploitable.

hmm, I likes it. I'm not 100% sure it works, but will check it out. I do know, however, that you couldn't use it to ramp into Grapeshot because the creature that comes into play isn't played, it's put into play through an ability. So doesn't count towards the 'played spells' counter.

No, this doesn\'t actually work. If you look on the official site, you\'ll be reminded that

Putting a blocking creature into play doesn\'t trigger \"When this creature blocks\" and \"When this creature becomes blocked\" abilities.

So while you can return the same Aetherplasm to play, you can\'t bounce a second time (much less infinite).

If you want infinite cycling into play, you can play tricks with sacrificing and persist. For example, using only Standard cards, you could do:

Sage of Fables 2U
Puppeteer Clique 3BB
Nantuko Husk 2B

With this, you can infinitely cycle the Puppeteer Clique into play, while Nantuko Husk infinite +2/+2. If you had a Soul Warden in play, yes, you could then get infinite life.
