Destroy everything except what you need... maybe keep a giant creature around that they won't be able to block.

I once  had a white/blue deck with Scourglass and Ethersworn Cannonist. Due to Fabricates and Stonesour Gargoyles I was ready to wipe the field at any time.

I had a deck with Master Transmuters and Scourglasses. It was so bucking awesome!

Throw in a Karn, the Silver Golem and Enduring Renewal and you can bounce Scour glass back to your hand after each use... or should it be Karn and Lifeline(or does that even work?)

I'm sure there's easier ways to recurse Scourglass. . .
