Wheel doesn't really work here. Remembrance only triggers when a creature hits the graveyard, where Wheel of Sun and Moon creates a replacement effect, that puts cards on the bottom of the library INSTEAD of going into the graveyard.

wouldnt make any difference but still, sun and moon would be good for non commander games

It would, but the creature never dies because its put on the bottom instead, so remembrance never triggers!
